What is the Refer-a-Friend program?

Refer-A-Friend is a promotional program for our current customers. For every friend you refer that purchases our products, you will receive a $5.00 gift certificate to use towards your next By Baby purchase or to give as a gift to a friend.

How can I participate?

Once you are a By Baby customer (once you make a purchase from us), you are eligible to participate in our referral program!

How many people can I refer?

The sky is the limit. Continue referring friends that make a purchase and continue receiving gift certificates to redeem with By Baby! If you refer 4 friends, you get a $20.00 gift certificate. If you refer 8 friends, that’s $40.00. If you refer 16 friends, that’s $80.00…, etc, to infinity!

How do you track my referrals?

Every time one of your referred friends makes a purchase, we will keep track of that purchase. You can always check up on the number of referrals you have credited by emailing us at info@bybaby.com .

When do I receive the gift certificate(s)?

Referrals are tallied at the end of each month. Electronic Gift Certificates are sent out to you via email the following month. For example, if four people referred by you all make purchases in February, your Electronic Gift Certificate for $20.00 will be mailed to you in March.

The fine print…

You must first be a By Baby Customer to be eligible for the referral program.
In order to receive a gift certificate to By Baby, your referred friends must make a purchase from us.
Each referral must be for a new By Baby customer
Your referred friend/family member must mention your full name and city at the time they place their first order with us. The referrer cannot ask for the credit to be applied at a later date. We cannot make exceptions to this rule.
Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. They must be used towards products from By Baby only.
By Baby reserves the right to change the details of this program at any time.
