Due to the time intensive nature of our production process, we do not offer refunds. We will however, replace any keepsake that is damaged in the shipping process. Please know that each of our ceramic prints, as with any work of art, is a delicate, one-of-a kind treasure that will have its own variations and inconsistencies. These qualities add to the value of your print, as it is 100% hand-crafted, unique, and customized to your liking. We take pride in our keepsakes and are confident you will cherish your print for many years to come. 

Occasionally, because of the sensitive nature of ceramics, a keepsake will crack or explode in our kiln. This is rare, but can happen at any time and is a known dilemma in the industry. If this happens to your print, we will need to start your print over from scratch, which will disrupt our normal delivery time frame of 6-8 weeks. In this case, we will contact you and 1) Offer a full refund or 2) Offer to re-make your print and rush order it.
